September 26-30, 2012 - Pearl Chin represented St. Paul's Chapel of Trinity Church Wall Street as a partner in the Community Cross of Nails (CCN)'s Growing Together in Hope International Gathering after the 9-11 attacks on the World Trade Center. The conference will be held in Coventry, England to mark the 50th Jubilee of Coventry Cathedral, the spiritual home of CCN, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the consecration of the new St. Michael's Cathedral rebuilt in 1962 as a result of Germany (Dresden) and England's joint rebuilding of their mutually bombed cathedrals from World War II. There we will give thanks for God’s gifts of love and forgiveness and promote peace, hope, and reconciliation between all perceived enemies.

September 11, 2011 - Pearl Chin volunteered at Saint Paul's Chapel for Trinity Church Wall Street's special morning 9-11 worship service. Also Pearl Chin will be recognized at Trinity Church's 11:15 AM service along with others for participating in Trinity's "All Our Children" program, particularly their Saturday morning tutoring program at High School of Leadership and Public Service and work with incarcerated women and their families. The 11:15 AM service is livecast on Trinity Church's website.

June 26, 2011 - The XMPA (Executive Masters of Public Affairs) class at City University of New York Baruch celebrated graduation with dinner party hosted by Baruch after their final Capstone presentations and class.
June 23, 2011 - Pearl Chin attended a film viewing event of "Zero Percent", Tim Skousen's 2010 film for Hudson Link about the transformative prison education ministry in Sing Sing prison. The film won a 2011 Dallas Film Festival award. Coincidentally I am working with Hudson Link and also a startup nonprofit to provide transitional housing to formerly incarcerated men at a church in Harlem. They are always seeking volunteers. Please join us at Charlotte's Place Trinity Church Wall Street's newly opened community center, at 109 Greenwich St., for live music and film viewing party and fundraiser 6-8:30 PM to celebrate Hudson Link's work and the film. June 4, 2011 - Pearl Chin was an invited and select alumni College of Engineering panel of women engineers for University of Delaware during alumni weekend speaking about career strategies and alternative career options for engineering students but was unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts. She is an invited member of the University of Delaware Women in Engineering Alumni Steering Committee to discuss and strategize on the state of women in engineering at the university.
